Mushroom – Freshlogic demand data 2026 (MU25004)

This project provides the mushroom industry with access to reliable retail and food service demand data to support better decision‑making by growers and industry stakeholders. 

The investment will deliver a 12‑month subscription to Fresh Logic analytics, giving the industry a regular and consistent view of mushroom supply and demand across wholesale, retail and food service channels. This data will complement existing production data to improve understanding of market performance, pricing, volumes and trends. 

Insights generated through the subscription will be shared with levy payers through defined reports and quarterly category updates, and accessed via a dashboard for selected industry and Hort Innovation users. By improving visibility of demand across the supply chain, the project helps growers manage risk, optimise operations and maximise productivity.
