Hort Innovation is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and capable delivery partner for the project: Citrus biosecurity preparedness and capability program (CT26002).

The objectives of the services being sought are to:

  • Strengthen national preparedness for exotic citrus pests and diseases
  • Protect the Australian citrus industry’s production base and market access by reducing the likelihood and impact of exotic pest and disease incursions
  • Strengthen early detection and surveillance capability for exotic citrus pests and diseases
  • Build industry and community awareness of citrus biosecurity
  • Enhance grower resilience through practical tools and planning support for on-farm biosecurity and incursion preparedness
  • Expand knowledge and preparedness resources for priority pest threats
